The Globe Building, features a multi-tenant 75,000 square feet secured facility, which is 705 compliant. This space is the largest of its kind outside our nation's capitol region and meets a growing demand for a secure workspace to support the nation's defense and intelligence missions.

It’s construction is in compliance with ICD-705 and TEMPEST. Beyond the 75,000 SF space, another large defense contractor has a 17,000 SF secured space in the building.
