The Globe Building offers a 75,000-square-foot, 465-seat multi-tenant SCIF with ICD 705-compliant secure infrastructure. As the largest multi-tenant SCIF of its kind outside the nation’s capital region, it supports the growing need for secure workspace for defense and intelligence programs.

The facility is designed to meet ICD 705 and TEMPEST requirements, with additional secure footprint in the building, including a 17,000 SF secure area occupied by a major defense contractor.

Westway Services Group, LLC is the preeminent developer and manager of private 705 compliant facilities nationwide. They are uniquely leveraging the needs of secured shared space users in a vendor-neutral environment within their facilities.

The secure workspace is complemented by flexible multi-tenant space for unclassified work by Geospatial-Intelligence firms. New tenants join the ranks of GeoInt leaders such as General Dynamics Information Technology, Esri, Maxar, Ball Aerospace, and T-Kartor.
